Hi Friends,
I had a bike accident which landed me on my right hip and skidded me about 6 feet down the road near the Steel Bridge. No worries… the bike survived. I, however, got a bit damaged. It left me with a bulging disc in my lower back which pinched my sciatic nerve :’-( SO PAINFUL… The constant pain runs down my right leg.
It went away for a bit but was re-aggravated in November (The back Dr. couldn’t see me until February) It became debilitating after Christmas. Not a good gift…
By the New Year it had incapacitated me. Level 10 pain and hope was being spent rapidly. Not a good start to the New Year…
I am a photographer! I own my own business. Since this injury has resurfaced I have not been able to run my business and do everything I need to do to bring in a paycheck for myself. This is a very large stressor… I wish I was asking for funding to go overseas or something adventurous or romantic… But no romance here.
